Motors has a long-standing history of automotive specialisation in Tasmania and commenced operations in 1910 selling Ford cars and tractors. In 1929 Motors was appointed the sole Tasmanian dealer of General Motors’ products. Since that time the business has operated under a number of owners and, for a period of time, were listed on the Hobart Stock Exchange. Eagers Automotive purchased Motors Group Tasmania in April 2016, bringing the brand into its stable of truck and automotive dealerships across Australia.

We work closely with government to amplify the voices of our members and Tasmanian communities, to provide input into public policies and programs. We advocate for reform and improvement within the Tasmanian mental health system.

The Awards Australia Foundation Ltd (AAF) is a registered charity aimed at advancing social and public welfare, promoting reconciliation, mutual respect, tolerance between groups, and celebrating culture.
The Foundation aims to achieve its goals by providing community awareness, support to Indigenous Australians and individuals from different ethnic groups, those living with a disability or those affected by disadvantage. Through its initiatives, AAF will provide funds for specific award categories and their winners, cultural training, accessibility to awards nights for those living with a disability, and support for those experiencing disadvantage to attend an awards night.
